We are so happy with the work Mike, at It's Time Appliance Repair, did for us. Mike demonstrated competence, worked super fast (same day service!), and was surprisingly reasonably priced. Best of all, it's clear he genuinely enjoys helping people any way he can.
We thought our washing machine was a gonner but after taking a look, Mike knew exactly what the problem was, ordered the part, and had the washer back in working order faster than it would have taken us to go pick up a brand new one. Not only was our problem solved but It's Time Appliance Repair was truly a pleasure to work with.

Mike was extremely professional & quick! Our refrigerator was making a terrible buzzing noise. He found the source and got right to work. He estimated his time to diagnose the issue around 4/4:30 pm, and was actually a little bit early, with texts alerting us of his early ETA. Mike gave us a text the next day to check in on the appliance to make sure it was working properly. His price is affordable & offers a warranty on his repairs.
